HELP!!!
PLEASE DON'T ALLOW GREEN TREE SERVICING TO TAKE MY FAMILY'S PROPERTY!!!

7505 Highway 69 N. Saltillo, Tennessee
Please read this statement.

The property listed as 7505 Hwy 69N aka 46685 Hwy 69, belonging to the Estate of Howard Glendale and Rubye L. Easley, is officially listed in Hardin County records as being the property of myself, Steven W. Easley to which I do not owe Green Tree Servicing anything.

As the heir, I was instructed by representatives of Green Tree Servicing not to make any further payments on the above listed property because the property was going to be charged off by Green Tree due to the fact that the company had determined that the property did not have enough value to justify proceeding with foreclosure, and was officially removed from their foreclosure list, and I was informed that I would be sent a release letter from Green Tree Servicing once the charge off had been completed.

However, Green Tree Servicing waited until after the loan was in default, to inform me that no they had never said that and they intended to sell the property for, "pennies on the dollar," to a third company. This property is being offered by the representatives and agents for Green Tree Servicing because of lies and false promises made by this company.

If the property must be sold despite the misrepresentations and out right lies told to me by Green Tree Servicing LLC., employees, I ask that no one out bid me for my own land. And allow yet another family's property to be taken.

Scheduled sell date: Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014 at the East Door of the Courthouse, Savannah Tn.

Pumpkins, Gouls & Goblins...Oh My...

Hello everyone! I know, I haven't posted in quite some time. I guess you could say I have been in a rut or having writers block. I really don't have a good excuse for not keeping up with my blog, and I know that doesn't look good on my part as someone who enjoys blogging. To those of you who follow my blog, I truly am sorry for leaving you hanging.

So, what has everyone been up too? Are you gearing up for Halloween? Have you bought a costume yet? Is your cabinets filled with candy, just sitting there waiting for all the little gouls and goblins to knock on your door saying, "Trick or Treat!"

I enjoy seeing all the cute costumes the children wear. I know this is an exciting day for them, they can't wait to get a bag full of candy and then go home and dive into the sweets. I know parents across the US are dreading their kids being hyped up on candy for several days afterwards. But parents, you know you are sneaking some of that candy for yourselves, come on, everyone does! LOL...

Well, I hope everyone has a good night...

Until next time ♥
