Coffee Can Be Good For Your Health!

Attention all coffee lovers! There are actually healthy benefits to drinking this delicious, warm cup of awesomeness! Here are a few things I have come across saying that drinking coffee could actually be good for you!!

  • The antioxidants in caffeine could possibly lessen your chance of liver disease.  
  • Coffee can keep your brain active and help you have more energy!
  • Coffee can possibly help you loose weight. Plain black coffee has the caffeine to boost your metabolism and help burn fat!
  • Drinking coffee can lower your risk of Parkinson's Disease and Alzheimers. 
  • It's also said that coffee can possibly fight depression.
Even though some of these sound great, please know that like anything else, coffee also has some bad effects on the body!
