Q: What's fat, hairy and drinks a lot of coffee?

 A: Java the Hut! 

 

I met someone in the elevator who was drinking coffee and complaining about how coffee made him nervous. I said why don't you quit drinking coffee. He said, "because if I didn't have the shakes I wouldn't get any exercise at all."
 

 

 A man walked up to a vending machine, put in a coin, and pressed the button labeled, "Coffee, double cream, sugar." No cup appeared. Then two nozzles went into action, one sending forth coffee, the other, cream. After the proper amounts had gone down the drain where the cup should have been, the machine turned off. "Now that's real automation," the man exclaimed. "This thing even drinks it for you!"

Flea Market & The Baby Shower!

Good Friday Afternoon!

I'm kinda lacking this afternoon, I'm only on my second cup of coffee :( Usually I have had quite a bit by this time, but I had to make a fresh pot and seeing as we have a huge pot that brews 100 cups, it takes a while! I know, I'm a coffee addict to the extreme!

What has everyone been up too? I have a full schedule this weekend I am excited about. First, I am going to get up early in the morning and run my flea market booth until around 11:30 a.m and then I am headed to my daughter's baby shower! We found out yesterday she is going to have a C-Section and it is scheduled for October 12th. I hope she gets a lot of diapers and things she needs at the shower cause that don't leave much time to get the remaining things she will need for her sweet bundle of joy on the way!

Then Sunday it's up early again and back to the Flea Market! It's all good though, I enjoy working there on the weekend! But, like the java o' holic that I am I can say, coffee will be my fuel to keep me going this weekend! (What am I saying, coffee keeps me going all the time!) I don't know what I would do without my sweet, warm goodness!!

Pajamas & A Lazy Day!

Good Thursday afternoon! It has been a lazy day for me, it's 1:30 in the afternoon and I am still in my comfy P.J's! I know I should make myself motivate and get dresses, but I just don't have the will to do so. So, I shall continue to sit right here in my P.J's and drink my coffee!

Is anyone else having a "lazy day?" I think everyone deserves one every now and then! The feeling of knowing you can lounge around in your pajamas all day and not have to go anywhere, that's a great feeling! So to those of you with nothing to do today, feel free to join me and relax!

Brew a fresh pot of coffee, throw on your pajamas and relax!

Coffee Can Be Good For Your Health!

Attention all coffee lovers! There are actually healthy benefits to drinking this delicious, warm cup of awesomeness! Here are a few things I have come across saying that drinking coffee could actually be good for you!!

• The antioxidants in caffeine could possibly lessen your chance of liver disease.  
• Coffee can keep your brain active and help you have more energy!
• Coffee can possibly help you loose weight. Plain black coffee has the caffeine to boost your metabolism and help burn fat!
• Drinking coffee can lower your risk of Parkinson's Disease and Alzheimers. 
• It's also said that coffee can possibly fight depression.

Even though some of these sound great, please know that like anything else, coffee also has some bad effects on the body!

Postponing Housework!!

Good Morning! The weekend is almost here! I am sitting here working on finishing my 3rd cup of coffee. I have been up since early this morning getting my hubby's stuff together so he can make another OTR trip to Richmond, Va. for a Friday morning delivery. 

My goal for the day is to kick in gear and clean my house. It's not extremely messy, however; there are some things that need to be done. I know to do them I have to remove myself from the computer! I just wanted to get a post in for you all because there has been several times I haven't posted in quite a long time.

Movies, Coffee & Laziness..Oh My!

Hey Ya'll! I know it's late, but I am still wide awake, and yes, I'm still drinking coffee! I don't sleep good at night while my hubby is away driving over the road, so I often find myself up very late at night. 
Today has been a slow day for me. I've just been relaxing and watching movies, as well as playing a few games on facebook. I know, that probably sounds boring to most, but I enjoy watching movies and TV shows. I am patiently waiting for the new season of a few shows such as, Chicago Fire, Grey's Anatomy,and The Vampire Diaries, just to name a few! I bet it seems like that's all I do is watch shows, but I assure you it's not! I also clean house, do the laundry (which can be stressful when you think the dryers eats all the matches to your socks!) I also cook and all the other hously duties that are a daily chore! 
However; I will admit, today I have been kinda lazy! But it's ok, everyone has a lazy day every now and then, right? (Well, atleast I hope so!)

Photo's..Fun..and a nap!

Good Evening! Has everyone filled their coffee quota today? surprisingly enough I think I have only had about 3 cups today, which is unusual for me! However; today has been kinda busy for me, but its been a good kinda busy!

My grandbaby, Kari came over today and me, her and my daughter went to have pictures taken. My daughter is currently pregnant with her second child and we had fun with all the photos today. Kari, remind you is age 4 and she did very well today! She looked so pretty in her outfit and she posed really well! I am excited to see how well the photos came out!

After the pictures we went to my dad's house for a bit, then went to pick up my hubby who came in off the road after delivering in Kentucky! I'm excited he is in on a Monday and gets to spend the night, that is a very rare occasion! 

Now it's down time and I am sipping on coffee, listening to the hum of the fan while the hubby takes a well deserved nap!
